• Messages: The messages you send are stored on our servers to deliver them to your recipients. We do not read, analyze, or mine your messages for any purpose.
• Profile Data: Optional bio and profile picture that you choose to share.
• Session Data: Basic device information and IP address for session management and security purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and maintain your account
• To deliver messages to your intended recipients
• To provide the AI assistant (Jarvis) functionality when you choose to use it
• To manage active sessions and protect account security
• To enforce our Terms of Service and prevent abuse

4. What We Do NOT Do

• We do not sell your personal data to third parties
• We do not serve advertisements
• We do not analyze your messages for marketing purposes
• We do not share your data with data brokers or analytics companies
• We do not use tracking pixels, third-party cookies, or behavioral tracking

5. AI Assistant (Jarvis)

When you interact with our AI assistant Jarvis, your messages to Jarvis are sent to an AI processing service to generate responses. These conversations are not used to train AI models. Jarvis conversations are treated with the same privacy protections as all other messages on WizzyChat.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

You can delete your account at any time through the app settings. When you delete your account, all associated data — including messages, profile information, friend connections, and session history — is permanently removed from our servers. There are no hidden backups or shadow profiles.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure password hashing (bcrypt), and session-based authentication to protect your data. We regularly review and update our security practices.

8. Children's Privacy

WizzyChat is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice within the application. Your continued use of WizzyChat after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
