1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using WizzyChat, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use WizzyChat. By using our service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You may not create accounts for the purpose of abusing, harassing, or impersonating others.
• You may not use automated systems or bots to access the service without authorization.
• One person may only operate one account.

4. Acceptable Use

When using WizzyChat, you agree not to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or mass communications
• Harass, threaten, bully, or intimidate other users
• Share illegal content, including but not limited to child exploitation material, threats of violence, or pirated content
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or private information
• Use the service to distribute malware, phishing links, or other malicious content
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities instead of reporting them
• Use the AI assistant (Jarvis) to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content
• Circumvent any security measures or access restrictions

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create and share on WizzyChat. By posting content, you grant us a limited license to store, transmit, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your messages, images, or other content.

6. AI Assistant (Jarvis)

WizzyChat includes an AI assistant called Jarvis. While we strive to provide helpful and accurate responses, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should not rely on Jarvis for medical, legal, financial, or other critical advice. Use of the AI assistant is at your own discretion.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Reasons for termination include but are not limited to: harassment, sharing illegal content, spamming, or attempting to compromise the security of our service. If your account is terminated, the reason will be provided to you.

8. Service Availability

WizzyChat is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any loss of data or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WizzyChat and WizzyStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (which is $0, since WizzyChat is free).

10. Privacy

Your use of WizzyChat is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
